Heir of Fire

The Third book in Sarah J Maas’ Throne of Glass series

Storyline: Celaena has survived deadly contests and shattering heartbreak-but at an unspeakable cost. Now, she must travel to a new land to confront her darkest truth.a truth about her heritage that could change her life-and her future-forever. Meanwhile, brutal and monstrous forces are gathering on the horizon, intent on enslaving her world. Will Celaena find the strength to not only fight her inner demons, but to take on the evil that is about to be unleashed?

I didn’t like the way this one started honesty.. it was a disappointing start, slow and just blah.. but it picked up about 4 chapters in and then shit gets real!! I love these books so much! The plot thickens! At first Celaena was pathetic, but I guess with everything going on she earned the right to be pathetic sometimes. And MUST we have a new possible love interest again?? Noooo….. I like Chaol.. why mess with that.. she should Just be with Chaol! Like seriously… oh and Dorian annoyed the hell out of me, he seemed so whiny and demanding in this one at first, but I honestly felt so bad for the poor guy! He’s trying to save every one he loves while trying to hide secrets from his own father…
But the story is amazing! So much mystery, and so many new characters and new aspects to the story! And the end of this book was INTENSE.. that’s not even actually a strong enough word for what the end of this book was. My heart was pounding, I laughed and cried like an idiot… and all I have to say is, If you haven’t started this series yet, you NEED TO!!

I rate this book
