Storyline: My name is Z, Z the zombie. I’m starting middle school this September, and I have no idea what the next few weeks will have in store for me. I have a funny feeling that my older brother, R, will try to cause some problems for me. But I’m going to try not to let it get me down. After all, I have my skeleton friend, Bonnie. And my zombie pigman friend, Trevor. To help me out of any hard spots that I might land myself into. Who knows? I might even make another friend or new. This school year will be my new start. I’ll try to make new friends, join a club, and annoy my older brother a little bit, too. I hope this school year is ready for me because I’m ready for it! 

This story was adorable!! There’s a message in to remind your children to always be themselves and I always love when kids books has a message in it, it makes them so much more meaningful. This book was funny, clever and a blast to read to my girls! It’s a diary style book and They loved reading a diary entry or two every night before bed. It’s a very easy read – and even great for kids to practice reading with, the words are simple and large on the page for them to be able to focus on properly – and the little pictures that are in the books are so cool! this is the third ‘Diary of a Minecraft’ we’ve read and we have loved them all so far!!
